Can somebody help me? Sometimes when i press track mute button on my mpc key 37 glitches and then i get internal error, how do i fix it or do i have to send it back?
Bc it isn’t reliable to use in my liveset.

Try MENU > PREFERENCES > RESET PREFERENCES
Also temporarily remove any disks rto rule out disk corruption/faulty drives causing instability.
If that doesn't fix it, contact Akai support for advice, but likely you'll need to get a warranty repair/exchange
