They have stated that they are working on it, they put out a press release. As with any 'work in progress', it's not possible to say when it's coming out until it's nearer completion (or completed).

Probably when they announce that New Controller OR MPC Live III on the InMusic Website

I think like a MPC. A program is a tool. If the sculpture don't look right, Don't blame the chisel..
