Hi there, I´m having a big issue with my MPC One cause pads 9/10/11/12 are grouped without me having grouped them and I can´t ungroup them as they show ungrouped but behave as if they are grouped.

I believe this happened when I updated the firmware to 2.15 but I downgraded and upgraded to 2.15.1 and still had the same proble. Upgraded to ver 3 and still does the same.

I guess factory reset is the only option but I don´t want to loose all my projects and as I´m on ver 3 I can´t open them properly so I can save thhem on a SDcard.

Is there a way to solve this issuewithout factory resetting it?

Cheers.

There is no factory reset on the MPC. You can 'reset preferences' and see what happens, this will just reset your user preferences (default project tempo, disk streaming settings etc). You will not lose your projects nor any other content in doing this. MENU > PREFERENCES > RESET PREFERENCES.

Beyond that, open a support ticket with Akai as it sounds like you possibly have a hardware fault.
