I've looked thru the manual, and searched online but cant find a good way to delete chops while in Sample Edit in such a way that I could delete say pad 5 thru 12 because they are redundant. So if I had 16 chops they become 8.

In the Sample Edit screen, press the pad of the slice you want to delete, then press Shift + "Slice -" to remove the slice.

Thank you guys. Yes I was talking about deleting audio within the slice and the slice itself.

My issue is a have a fairly long sample and after manually chopping it up to 4 bars per bank bars 1 2 and 3 are just looped.

My next question would be if its possible in Sample Edit to make an end point while the audio keeps playing and then make a new slice start point. My intuition would say hit pad 1 so start then again to end but it doesn't work that way.
