Selling my MPC One advice

Hi I'm selling my MPC one and it has a few paid for synths like Juro.

I'm assuming these can be transferable to a third party but unsure how I deal with this and the deregistration of my Akai account. Hopefully there's a simple process after agreeing to sell. Cheers
