Midi din out not working after 3..6 update.

Hi folks, I recently updated my mpc one to 3.6 from 3.5. Before this my mpc was sending midi out stop/start to my other gear in my dawless setup. Now there is nothing, all settings are right in midi/sync, but it will not sned the start/stop message. I even downgraded to 3.5 again, and further back to 2.15.but the problem still persists. The mpc is the brains of my dawless setup and feel lost as I've tried everything.

Im hoping someone can help me, or guide me through what needs to be done.

In Prefs > MIDI, check if SYNC is turned on for your output ports and if SYNC SEND is set to MIDI Clock. Then, on the main screen, open the MIDI Monitor from the top right corner and check under the OUT tab to see if the clock signal is being sent.
