MPC KEYS 37 Startup freeze

My keys 37 will not get past the boot screen. Ive done a lot of searching and even a reddit post to no avail. I have manually updated using my pc and the ERASE, FULL LEVEL, PAD BANK C-G button combo to multiple different versions hoping one would work. I have used the Inmusic Software Center to upate and single update files from akai.com. I also tried holding the power button for 15 seconds with no power connected. I did send a support email but to be honest i dont think they even read it and told me to try manually updating.. not sure how to search on this site so im sorry if this is a frequent problem. But i see a lot of other posts online and they seem just as stuck. (No usb devices or sd cards inserted by the way)

Having the same issue, also downgraded through hoping one would work and finally left an email for support with no response yet
