Wondering if anyone can help me here. I installed a 2tb SATA drive in my new MPC Live 3. I put the MPC in controller mode (using a Mac) to format the drive to Xfat and after I hit format I had realized that the drive I had selected was the internal. Now not everything was erased, there was still some things left on the drive. All of the samples went missing and demo projects etc won’t load.
When I put the MPC back into controller mode two drives show up as internal drives (MPC User and MPC Content).
Also I cannot activate any of my plugins- getting a message that I exceeded my activations. I own all of Akai plugins and 3 native instruments plugins. I have a total of 3 machines registered with inmusic- Akai Force, MPC X SE and the new Live 3. I thought we were allowed activations on up to 3 separate machines. Also pro reverb and some other effects are not anywhere.
The Live 3 runs fine everything seems to work.
Opened a ticket with Akai but was wondering if anyone has any insight. Maybe I could reinstall somehow.
