Mpc amatuer problems need help please.

Hi im very new to music production all together i purchased mpc one plus and have had a very tough time trying to grasp everything currently my biggest issue seems to be with plug in i downloaded for free with voucher activated it on mpc but anytime i switch track to plug in i get plug in not installed purchase liscense message but the plug in works after message i dont get it can someone tell me what im doing wrong i did recently buy 128 gig sd card and its on there i dont know if that has anything to do with it any response is appreciated.
