Quick question:

Has anyone put the Pro Pack's Super Warp standalone algorithm up against the MPC Software's Elastique Pro?

Just trying to decide if I should save $100 while preparing my wallet for my annual Black Friday shopping spree.
I don't find anything interesting in the Pro Pack other than the Super Warp so if I can save those bucks for something else, I most likely will. I don't mind hooking up my PC for intense stems and warping but I just wanted to know if anyone compared the 2 yet.

I've not compared but the super warp vs builtin warp while better especially with drum transients, is not anything as good as Ableton warping. I wouldn't spend the upgrade just for the warp. I'm impressed with the CV abilities which will be of no interest to most people. Its an odd grab bag of features IMO.

The Pro-Pack is so wack, esp for Force users. They should sell the pack but also each thing on their own. The Super Warp is way better than the basic warp. I think some did a test of all the 3 warps on YouTube. I'll post it if I find it, but would check there until then.

If this is the Black Friday sale than I doubt the would offer it cheaper until next year. It would suck if they released everything sale by themselves around Xmas after people paid $100 for 1 main thing in the pack in Oct/Nov. you may have to wait for the Spring sales.

It seems the “Super” algorithm has a bug where the attack timing shifts when applied to loops. If you place a loop on an audio track, enable Warp, and then run Flatten Elastique, you’ll likely get results equivalent to the Software’s Elastique Pro. This feature doesn’t require the Pro Pack.
