Q-Link Inconsistency MPC X

Hey guys,

My Q-Links are reacting inconsistently. If I touch a Q-Link knob and turn it, the value often doesn't change until I touch a different Q-Link knob and then come back to it. Does anyone know if there is a setting that I can change to help with this? Or is this something I need to service?

I've had the same issue and with q-link values jumping erratically unless I touch something metallic or another q-link at the same time. I haven't found what is causing it. My guess is either static electricity (for example standing on a carpet in socks...) or having the gear connected to ungrounded outlets. But only a guess from me...
