Recovering Deleted Files from Internal Drive/How to Fix this

helllooooo fellow mpc users kind of a new user in terms of the mpc world but I bought an MPC second hand and was clearing out some storage because it said my internal storage was low so i was deleting some files and without thinking i may have deleted some important files because im not able to open any of my projects anymore. when i turn on my mpc i can see my old projects but theyre all greyed out and i am unable to open them.

any fix regarding this? there are some live projects that i have been working on for ages and it be a HUGE sadness if i cant recover them

Sorry for your loss, but don't save sh*t to the factory drive & make back ups, esp if you're about to delete a bunch of files.
