I'm trying to setup a MIDI controller for Air Fabric and I cannot figure out which CC I have to send to make Fabric respond to my "footswitch 2" settings. There is no such CC and Akai does not bother to include a MIDI implementation chart.

As I have found out while studying the modulation options of OPx-4 I noticed that it is CC 65.
Note: All MIDI CC list I have consulted list it as "portamento" and should be a "switch" (≤63 off, ≥64 on).
