"Audio recording stopped due to tempo change" - Clip Matrix

Turns out this can be annoying. I'd posted about it earlier but now I know (I think) the workaround.

Initially I was recording clips MIDI first, Set Tempo in Row Settings, record audio at that tempo, no problem. But yesterday I got this error again. I went into List Edit view->Tempo and found and removed the offending Tempo command. I think it doesn't matter if the tempo being set there is the same as the current global tempo or the Row Tempo or whatever. It just sees a tempo command and punts. Which is a shame.

And further, I think that clips get tempo change commands added to them if you adjust the global tempo directly. Which is why you might not see this at first. I'll try to remember long enough to think about it next time I'm on the MPC, which should be in a few minutes.

My thought was that the first thread was a bunch of incoherent babbling, while this one was more like finding the solution, but I could also have put it on the other thread and said "SOLVED" or something. I'll keep my threads together in the future.

That's even more reason to put the solution in that thread. Don't leave the people who'll find that thread hanging without a answer. I'm glad figured it out.
