Support and discussion for all of Akai’s modern standalone MPCs including the MPC X / X SE, MPC Live 1, 2 & 3, MPC One / One+, MPC Key 37/61.
Hi there I have the MPC Live 3 and LOVE IT! However when I plug my iPhone into the USB-C to try to record samples from my phone it does not show any sound coming through! I am a bit of a rookie with this stuff previous Roland SP404A user. I was able to get sound using the line 1&2 inputs and a cheap adaptor but the audio quality sounds off not sure if its the adaptor but anyways I would like to use the USB-C directly from my iPhone. Thanks for reading. I already watched a few youtube videos and checked the akai site and tried all the usual stuff.

...Or...Enable the Input on the Sampler
I think like a MPC. A program is a tool. If the sculpture don't look right, Don't blame the chisel..
