Can anyone reproduce this maybe?
Now always the last played note just hangs and also it plays on channel 1 no matter what the out channel is set to. Even when I switch off all midi in and out of all midi tracks except the one I want to send midi notes from. It's driving me nuts. Also disabling all midi in/outs in the settings (except the pads) does not change anything here.
Is it me or is the midi send behavior totally broken at least with Live III?
Or maybe there is a correct way of sending to different channels of the same plugin from different tracks now since they took standalone Programs from us?
- MPC Live III 3.7 in Controller Mode on MPC Desktop 3.7 (didn't work in 3.6 but for reference)
- Add a Plugin with a multipart VST that can play different sounds on different midi channels and switch off ALL midi in/out on that track
- Create a Midi Track and Send to Multipart Plugin Channel 1 -> should work
- Create another Midi Track and Send to Multipart Plugin Channel 2 (or any channel for that matter)
- Play anything on that second midi channel
