Newbie Question- Copying/Moving Files around

I'm on the MPC One Plus, I'm looking for some file management tips. Is there a way to move/copy files from one folder or location to another, in stand alone mode?
Also, when connected in controller mode, I can access the files on my SD card, but not the internal memory. Is there a way to see/edit folders on the MPC itself from a PC?

You cannot access internal memory from controller mode, it's only possible on the newer models (XL and Live 3).
You can move internal projects around in standalone by loading a project and resaving it to a new location. Otherwise save all your stuff to SD card and mount your SD card to a computer to move stuff that way.
