Next Sequence Button -- Weird actions

I usually build while songs in MPC, but I'm thinking I want to take it live, and for that, using the "Next Sequence" seems like a good way to let some variety happen live. But..... I have a Chorus sequence that plays fine when selected from the main screen, but when I run it from "Next Sequence" it goes silent after 2 bars. Only that one. I don't see any automation in the track, but it happens every time.

Just checked after this latest OS update also.
