MPC-X v3.8 track exploding issues

Hi Guys
It's been a long time since I needed to ask anything here.
Ive just completed a song arrangement of about 6.5 minutes and need to stem it out to put into logic to make perfect.
Problem is I didnt explode the files in the main track. I had been intending it to just come out of the MPC but it needs to be polished in logic and now I cant hit explode and everything just work as id like. Can someone help please.
Also the bar length is incorrect, it says 313 bars at 123 bpm but the track is only 6 and half mins long. The maths is not right !!!!

why can't you use explode?

if logic isn't detecting the stems properly, why not tell it how many bars/what the bpm is for them?

I think the issue is within the MPC, at 123 BPM, a 6.5-minute-long song is exactly 200 bars long in a standard 4/4 time signature, so google informs me but the MPC song is 311 bars long.
I cant see anywhere to set a master sample rate, as thats the only thing I can think of.
