Hello,
When I'm using my MPC keys 37 (firmware v 3.8 ) in keyboard chord mode while MIDI notes arrive on the machine, these notes are played even if the current track does not monitor any MIDI input. Is it a bug ?

Try going to the MIDI settings and disabling Global for the input port of your external MIDI device.
When Global is enabled, incoming MIDI data from that device will trigger the instrument on the currently active track regardless of the track's MIDI input monitoring settings.

Actually the Global input for the external MIDI device is not activated.
