Bible too confusing. Looping

I simply want to loop a backbeat I bought. I cant figure out how to do it. Some said simply hit 10 or 16 i think they said, does not work. The bible was very confusing sending me back and forth to sampling, and looping. No luck. Here is a picture of what I have now. Perhaps its something simple you can tell me. Thank you

This is the exact topic that is covered at the start of chapter C01, page 792, using SAMPLE EDIT (not MAIN). If you follow that particular tutorial you should be fine, if you continue having problems let me know at which point in the process you are experiencing the issues.
