Master volume Knob not working properly?

Hello everyone, first week with my new Akai Force and I’m noticing that when I’m turning the master volume knob to zero it doesn’t kill it completely since I’m hearing the music playing at very low volume. Is it normal? Does it happen to you? It should be complete silence if I turn it to zero, right?

Manual says

Master Volume: Turn this knob to adjust the volume level of the Master L/R outputs.

Is that a promise of complete silence? The labels on my Force say MIN and MAX.

Just checked,mine goes totally down.Have you started a new project and seen if it happens still? Maybe reload the OS…

Mine is completely silent when master is turned down.
