Unable to login to inMusic Profile on Force to Activate Plug

Hi...

I wonder if anyone else is facing this. I post it here as I get no replies from Akai.

On Firmware 3.2, when I click on Activate Plugin. It gives me an option to login. When I click that it gives me a QR code, which when I scan takes me to device.akaipro.com - On this page I enter the code displayed on the device, but then it just gives me a blank screen.

I have tried this on my phone, safari on Mac, Firefox on Mac and chrome on Mac. All of them lead to the same blank page.

Because of this I am unable to start trials of the new plugins. Is there any other way to do this?

To my knowledge, there's no other way to use them, you need to be logged in. If it's happening in all devices it's likely an error at inMusic. Try using your phone set to cellular just to rule out a dns issue with your home wifi.

Same blank page with mobile internet as well.

I guess it could be a server issue.

Finally got the demos installed. The mini D and Stage EP sound pretty good...

Will probably pick up these now and then some more during Black Friday!

Yeah it was an authentication server issue on their end - I reported this yesterday over at the MPC section (and multiple avenues through Akai). Things are back up and running fine today!
