Pad sustain bug on melodic plugin tracks

Hi, has anyone experienced a pad bug where a note accidentally sustains while playing melodies on plugin tracks? Would appreciate some advice on fixing this issue

have only recently experienced. not sure what the specific fix is other than just playing other notes or the same note repeatedly until it switches off (or switching tracks)

I've got random stuck-on notes when playing plugin tracks from an external MIDI keyboard. Seems random, I haven't found a reliable way to reproduce it.
