Is there any way to reach Akai to add a feature request?

One thing that is absolute flow killer for me is the amount of time I have to wait after pressing various buttons (press-and-hold) to get to the contextual menu or functionality. Like say, holding KNOBS button to get to the knob assignment menu, or LAUNCH button to get to launching clips (without exiting the current view), or basically any other button that hides a menu of functionality behind hold-and-wait.

Is there a way to reach Akai so they add option to modify the time you have to hold a button?

There's their support forum; that's about all I'm aware of.

Unless you're in their beta programme, I suppose.
