Is MIDI learn broken in 3.7 for Force?

Itried to MIDI learn Cut off and Resonance from my MPK mini to the force, but it will not work anymore.....

Anyone at 3.7 had any luck or ways to do it. BTW I used Mini D form Air,and followed the usual steps to do so, done it so many times before in earlier software versions............

Had to put the midi inpute to global control and track....... sorry for the incovience,,,,,,,,,,,
