I think that there might have been a fix to the Ableton .als import issue. I've recently purchased a Force and I'm running the 3.2.6 upgrade with Ableton 11.3.10
I created a project in Ableton and flattened some clips/tracks to preserve the sound of a VST that I was using in the project. The flattened clips where saved in [Project name]>samples>processed>freeze (as .wav files). I also did the 'collect all and save' thing as well. I copied the project over to my Force drive using it in computer mode.
My Force found all the files, without me having to back copy them into the samples folder. Maybe I just struck lucky but it seems to be working fine.
