Akai force 16 levels function

Trying to figure out does the force have the 16 levels function like the mpc x or live. I use this function a lot on the mpc and was wondering am i overlooking something on the force.

No, it doesn't have 16 levels. If you want to tune across the pads you can use keygroups. To quickly create a keygroup from an existing sample assigned to a pad, go to track edit and hit the keyboard icon.

You can't do 16 level on the Force but you can make your own "16 level".
You got 64 pads, you could copy as much pad you want and change anything you like it on every pad.
It's true that it can't do 16 level like an MPC but an MPC can't have 64 pads to play with it, that's much more powerful than 16 level.

If you make a sample and slice it to pads,then go to note mode to finger drum, you can then select any part of the sample and press the keyboard icon on the upper right of the touchscreen, this automatically creates a 64 level keygroup on a new track.

Hold Shift and Edit at the same time and press the pad you want to use . It creates a new 64 pad keygroup
