Is there a way to pre listen listen sounds or tracks or the synths as you are performing like launching the escenes. Example when wanting to add a different sound or add a synth on the go as you are playing and recoding?

Yes, there's a cue function.

Shift+solo/mute, and then in the drop down change what solo does to 'cue'. Once selected press the solo button and your tracks will be a dimmed blue. Pressing the track you want to cue changes it to deep blue and voilà, your track is cued in the headphones.
