How to Return to Intro Demo Screen

Hi all. I like the fact that my Force starts up with the Demo screen. Question is, if I select a demo project and Load it, what do I do to return back to the Intro Demo Screen, like when it first powers on, "without" powering off/on the Force?

Hit the folder icon in 'MAIN' and select 'New'. That should take you to the home/demo screen seen at startup
