Hi guys!

Everytime i open a project of a song im working on, all the tracks get reset to 0.

So i have no sound, and loose all my mix settings.
This happened after updating to 3.x and using the new Snapshot for scenes.

There is no automation, no pad fx, i tried saving as a new project, i tried deleting all Snapshots, and tried one by one, its just really messed up.

Any others experiencing this?

So i tried to re-create the whole project, and i think it has to do something with macro's i set up.

Im routing a lot to Submix 8, and have a macro that controls some functions on that SUB 8 group.

I have a macro controlling the following (on this Sub 8 track only):

-AIR Reverb (Mix)
-Air Para EQ(Low Cut) On/FF (i think this is the culprit)
-AIR Para EQ(Low Cut Frequency)
-AIR Para EQ(High Mid Gain)
-AIR Para EQ(High Mid Frequency)

I have different settings for each, like different ranges and scales (like Exponential for the reverb)

Im not sure, but i think the Force doesnt like it when you make Macros like this on the subs?

I also use Snapshots, but no volume automation anywhere, its just for this macro.

Its just suuuuuper buggy like this! The mixer just puts tracks on 0 randomly now after saving and reopening

Does the volume reduce but the volume controls are at the same level? That keeps happening to me.

When I save a project it seems to lose 8db or 16db, if it happens multiple times eventually the channels are inaudible.

I made this video to document it to Akai Support. All the volumes are set to 0db, no effects anywhere, routing is direct to the master output, but the volume gets lower and lower. That was in a new project after noticing it in my main live set.

I emailed them about it almost a month ago, but they still haven't even looked at my issue even after bumping it. Akai is a terrible company, I like the idea of the Force but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. I will avoid them in the future.

voonta: did you try saving the project with diminishing volume levels to different project file names? It could be possible to compare the saved files and find out where the change happens. I suppose something has to be different somewhere, and the change has to be in the saved project, or else it's in the device configuration.
