Hi, I'm currently getting my Akai MPC Force set up for some live gigs. Each song in the setlist is a Force project (in Arranger view - basically several tracks of WAV files playing back with disk streaming, and one MIDI track triggering some DMX lights).
I'm wondering if there's a clever way to program a "set list" into the Force. Right now, when I go from song to song, I need to load a new Force project for each song. Not the end of the world because they load quickly (due to disk streaming - so there aren't any large audio files being loaded into memory when I load the project), but it's still awkward to start pushing buttons and doing some menu diving to get to my songs when I'm on stage.
I'd much rather pre-program that sequence of projects to be played back, and be able to trigger the next one with a simple button push.
Does anybody have any clever ideas on how to do that?
Thanks!
