I had the X slavedto the force for tempo sync, but couldn’t understand why my sequence on the MPC was overwriting itself when I was recording clips on the Force.. MPC was set to receive MMC. Turning it off did the trick. Which made me think…
I wish there was a way to control the force’s “transport” with an external device.. I recently picked up an Arturia mini lab mk2 and it would be perfect to use one pad to punch in/out, one pad as a momentary delete, and one knob to navigate the timeline. I wonder how hard it would be to implement this. Wishful thinking.

The Force does receive MMC, so try it. I don't know about the erase/overwrite part though.

Thanks, I could only get stop/start going with it. oh well, it makes more sense for me to use the force as the master anyway.
