Split pads across instruments?

Is it possible to split the pad grid so I can play multiple instruments at the same time?
Like a drumkit on one side and a plugin synth on the other?

The force is so capable it's difficult to find instructions for specific tasks...

Oh - and what about spliting the Note settings?
One half plays Scales in C while the other plays Chords mode?

I don't think so for the first thing, but maybe someone knows some crazy workaround.
The 2nd thing is no. Hopefully someone can prove me wrong.

But tbh, I don’t have a clue how he is doing this mostly since I just make beats on it and never use it live.
