Long-term use of the decksaver

Akai force has this soft rubbery layer all over its body. Doesn't it get worn off, its corners and edges , by a deck saver, with its tight fit?

I never kept Ableton Push long enough to put this to test, although it seemed to be the same risk.

A little, but it's not that bad & you could put some tape over it first to help preserve it.
