Display Strip on Track 5 not On

Regardless as to which project I load (even the demos) the display strip above the knob on track 5 does not lite even though it has a plugin on it. Its a new force and appears to be a hardware problem but I just that I would ask if anyone could think of a solution before I return it.

That don't sound right. You can try to get in touch with Akai, but maybe faster to just return it.
