Midi cuts out after deleting a track

Hey y'all,
I'm wondering if any of you have had this issue. I am connecting my key step pro to my force by USB. When I start a new project, and load a plugin instrument, the midi notes play the instrument straight away. All good. I can create another instrument, and that one plays too. I can bounce back and forth between instruments, all good. However, the second I delete any track, All the midi cuts out and and nothing plays. The midi monitor shows the activity, but nothing plays. Even if I close out, and even restart the force, I can't get the midi to play the instrument. So I'm forced, pun intended, to never delete a track. Any ideas what could be going on? Thanks.

Check track monitoring and record arming

Sounds like a bug. Do a preference reset & or file a ticket.

Ok, I figured it out. It doesn't make sense, but I have to go to midi settings and turn global back on. For some reason it's turning it off when I delete a track.

Yep, a bug. It turns off the global settings. I just have to turn it back on. Weird.

Do you have to do that each time you delete a MIDI track even after you turned it back on?

If so, rest the Preferences & report back if that fixed it. If not, it's ticket time!
