Problems with 3.5

Hello MPC Community,

Is anyone else having major problems with 3.5? Its almost unusable for certain things right now.

I have been with the Force since it was first released. Although I should love it bc it is what I want and its amazing ....BUT nothing works proper for me even the hardware on 2 machines glitches out (volume knob)

My journey with this machine has given me a deep hatred for Akai and technology in general but esp Akai.

I was learning to live with the certain bugs before, but now everything is worse, maybe I live in a slightly different timeline where the Force doesn't work quite right.

Right now I can't record from clips into arrangement... either nothing appears or something appears at a random spot in the clip NOT where I had recorded it into. Also the waveforms are displayed like 8 bars off.

This is random because I have recorded into the arrangement on 3.5 but most of the time is screws up somehow.

This is the most annoying, as well as not being able to edit automation with the pencil...again in sorta works but then doesn't.

does anyone have these problems with any version? or 3.5?

Just go back to 3.3. and wait for a stable version. It’s a beta version for a reason.

Too bad these essential problems exist I hope they can make it solid soon. Too bad some of these problems still exist in 3.3

I don’t experience any of the problems you have tbh. Not in 3.5 or 3.3.

What I did run into is when making an audiofile of my arrangement is that it gets cut off before the end. Seems to be like 8 bars or so.
