Issues with SanDisk SSD and OPx4 Plugin on Akai Force

Hi everyone,
I need some help with the Akai Force.
I’ve installed an internal SanDisk 1TB Ultra 3D SSD (up to 560MB/s SATA 2.5"), but it often doesn’t get recognized by the Force.
I have to reboot the device to make it detect the SSD. I’ve tried unplugging and reconnecting it, but the issue keeps happening. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Also, I recently purchased the OPx4 plugin, downloaded through the Preferences directly on the Force.
When I open a plugin track, I can load it, but the plugin interface doesn’t appear.
I can only hear two presets, and then the whole system freezes.
Can anyone help me out?

Remove the SSD and try installing OPx4 again. If all works fine and you get no other problems them there's potentially something faulty with the SSD. Otherwise raise a ticket with Akai as you might have a faulty Force.
