No Pads No Sound

Hi, I'm new here.
I'm having a big problem with my Force.
None of the buttons or knobs work anymore, and there's no sound.
And now, nothing works except for the screen, which reacts.
I bought this Akai new, it's never been dropped or never have bugs.

I tried to update the firmware with the small button (recovery) on the motherboard but it doesn't change anything.

Well damn, the Force ain't with you homie... Lol

That's **** up & I can't tell you what wrong. One of the internal cables might have disconnected & you can just plug it in if you open up the case. First call up Akai or send a ticket.

I've already disassembled the Force, detached and reattached most of the ribbon cables, but it doesn't change anything.
However, I'm getting incorrect voltage readings, 2.2V instead of 3V.
It's due to the internal power supply. But the capacitors have the other advantage of being good.

Akai's after-sales service is crap, they send me to an independent repairer.
