Lately on my two last songs I used the Sequences and Song modes to construct the songs.

First I made scenses/rowes in launch/matrix mode and recorded all the scenes/rowes to different sequences. Then I constructed the songs in song mode.

All nice, but what I would like to know is if it is possible to name the sequences eg intro, break, chorus etc.

How and where in the menu structure do I do that?

Thanx in advance!

In Main screen, hold press the sequence name - a pop-up window shall appear, with a Name field.

In Clip Matrix, in the static right column, hold press the line header - a pop-up window shall appear, with a "Settings" icon. Press the "Settings" icon - a pop-up window shall appear, with a Name field.

Also, a standard PC USB keyboard speeds up text input nicely.

Oh man, thanks a lot!!! It all works like a charm! I have this old LOgitech wireless USB keyboard, and indeed it is much faster like this. Also the naming makes life easier for me.

Thanx again, and keep on grooving! :worthy:

You can also name the Launch Rows.

Yes, indeed, by clicking the static right row, then settings where I can change the name of the horizontal rows!

Thanx!!! Have a nice groovy day!!!!
