Copy / Paste in arranger Not Pasting at playhead

Anyone know if this is a bug. I'm on 3.7. I recorded a drum sequence into a clip, then recorded the clip into the arranger around bar 16. Then decided I wanted to cut the notes in arranger and paste them 8 bars later by clicking that little up arrow to get to the grid editor in arranger, then shift copy, move playhead to desired spot, shift paste. But it always pastes at Bar 1.

Sounds like a bug. Try resetting your preferences, or downgrade to another OS that works & go upgrade again to see if it's 3.7 problem. If so send a bug report & decide if you want to stay on that os.
