time strech

hey what's up er'body i have 2 vocal samples and the 1st sample is 92.9bpm tunened to 15 and i gotta get the 2nd sample to that tempo si i timestrech it easy right but i also have to tune it up to get that highpitched vocal sound, how can i do this, when i timeatrech my 2nd sample and pitch it up it won't loop there is a gap at the end how can i fix this any suggestions would be appreciated
