Need help with mpc 1000 and reason 5

what i want to do is be able to record reason sounds into the mpc for example bass, keys, and other stuff with thor or subtractor etc... I have jjos1 v4.99. i have reason 5, a macbook pro, mpc1k, m-audio mobile pre usb sound card and an mpk49 i use to play reason sounds. i have tons of midi cables. i just do not know how to set this all up. any set up info will be greatly appreciated.

just run the audio out of ur soundcard to the 1k, trigger reason with ur mpd....

I think dude was hoping for a breakdown of the set-up.
