Dull Beats...

After you bounce to disk. You have to MASTER the track. Download a demo of iZotope Ozone 4, Waveab, or BIAS Peak. Import the bounced track to one of the mastering software and the rest is history. Enjoy!

look in to running your final song through multi-band compression. trust me... i post on a web forum.

What MPC do you have? If your using a MPC500/1000/2500/5000, make sure your using the eq/compression in the master fx. If your using an older MPC, you can utilize better eq/compression with free software.

Got the 2500....Dont normally mess with the master fx. I make a beat put the seqs. in song mode then track it out on protools,one track at a time...Then mess with the fx a little in protools,not to much thou cus I like that grimy sound from the vinyl....But it ends up sound in very very low and dull.

i thought the beats were dope man, i listened on computer monitors so i cant really give a good review of them but from what i heard, ur chops were pretty ill...keep doin ya thing man!

This is a good way to get a bunch of people to listen to your tracks.

First beat... I kept waiting for the bassline to drop, it never did.
Second beat. This one needs more low-end too.
Third beat... I like how you flipped those Ch******e M***e drums. This might seem less "dull" with some rapping as technically it's fine.
