probably wont promise your money back but the case sounds pretty strong. i mean, they man stole your money. what more evidence do they need?

no the lawyer works for my bank
and the pi is run by a college professer who teaches a law class at gonzaga u.
they didnt say much about the case
they are just gettin things ready right now
i mean this whole thing is gonna be a long drawn out process
i will put a lean on whatever material he has got
i feel good that i have someone helping me because
this is just stressfull

yeah ky emailed me and we are gonna try to work somethin out.
he was honest in his email and i trust his reasons for being late.
im not gonna go into it cuz its his own personal stuff that doesnt have to be aired, but i feel better about the situation.
its amazing how a email makes you feel after thinking the worst for so long.
