How do you tracking out a project?

Hi friends. Would you share what's your best way for quick and quality recording your beat from the MPC to your DAW. I'm producing music since 2002 and have always used the main OUT's of the MPC for tracking out but this delay problem is killin me softly plus it a hella slow method .

Do you guys using ADAT's, 8 analog OUT's or some other tricks. I'm just curious if it would be a good idea to buy an RME interface with ADAT and record 8 tracks simultaneously through ADAT. What you guys think ?

Is the signal recorded through ADAT the same as the signal recorded through the main OUT's of the MPC ?

When you use the ADAT does it record the entire effects used in the MPC itself ? Because some say that the ADAT and the 8 OUT's don't record the effects used in the MPC. Is it true ?

Lampdog thanks for this encouraging answer my friend ! Yeah I have a MPC2000XL with this board but I never used this option because don't have an interface with enough IN's. I bought an MPC5000 two years ago and the 2k is in the closet. The MPC has it all - ADAT + 8 OUT's so I'll use the ADAT with the RME.

Yeah I don't have the effects board installed on the 2000Xl but I don't use the 2000XL anymore so it's not a problem. But it's a good info for the 2000Xl owners.
