Is there an easier way to do this? (Reason + MPC)

I usually start with the MPC2500, then i bring the beat into reason. I currently do that by exporting the sequence as a wav and loading it in reason to work with.

Is there a more efficient way of doing that?

Are you on Reason 6 or above? If so just record the tracks into Reason. (Audio Recording was added to 6 when Record was discontinued)

What's the reason for you to work this way?

I would say, dump your chops into a rex player or other sampler in Reason and sequence with the mp.

But again, I don't know what kind of advantages it has for you to start inside the mpc and then dump it into Reason.

when i wanna mix i just solo my tracks and record em into cubase one by one.
that way i can mix every element individually rather than just 1 big song.

i prefer arranging with the MPC and i also like the sound that the MPC offers. i'm only looking for an easier way to "write to" the beat in reason without having to export the track and load it each time.

You're working against the grain of the design of your software. Not saying that it is wrong and that you should do it in a different way. But if you do you must accept that it will take more time to get where you want to go. Cause I don't know if there's an alternitive way allowing you to go through that process quicker.

Only thing I could maybe recommend you to do is sample with the mpc, export the sample or chops and load it up in Reason. Then sequence and arrange from there.

is there no way to sync the MPC so it'll just play when i hit play on reason? that's really all i need.

No you could only do that the other way around with the MPC's play button controlling Reason. Reason doesn't sent MIDI out, really the only downside to Reason.

Rewire Reason to a host program that can be the MIDI master and send MIDI out to the MPC as the MIDI slave is the workaround you'd have to use.
