basic looping

hi folks
i just got my mpc up an running so i sampled a small loop an trimmed it down an i have sen the values for the beginning an end in loop so it plays fine.
Now how do I make it continuely play, i mean do i go to the main screen and set it on a track as you would with drums etc. im a bit confused on how to loop it as such i know this question may seem vague but im still learning this badboy. any help is much welcomed.
basically i just wanna be able to hit the pad once an have the loop play continuesly or at least for the dsired amount of bars.

Any sample that is looped will only play continuously if you hold the pad down - you cannot set it to trigger in an endless loop. To incorporate it into a sequence either hold down while recording, or turn the loop off within the sample and just trigger it at the start of the bar.

to have the sample play continuously you need to go to the trim field shift and 5 then hit loop f2 this opens your sample on the right of the screen it says loop off set it to loop on then hit the pad and it should play in a loop mode, now go to the parameter field press shift and 6 then hit param and you should be in the sample again goto the bottom right and switch the pad voice there are three types POLY , MONO , NOTE OFF , you should be able to play the sample with one hit if you set it to MONO ,i may be wrong but this is how i loop my samples, just play around with this method and you can figure it out, if im wrong some one please correct me , hope this helps.....peace

Once a sample has been to to 'LOOP:ON', you cannot change the Voice Overlap to MONO - it is always set to 'NOTE OFF'
