Sup everyone.
Just got myself a Soundcraft EFX8 to eq and add effects to my music before recording.
I've had my 1000/S950 for a while now and usually just do as much as I can on the mpc and then record into my Mac via a interface.
I know how important and how much of a difference it can make when a beat is eq'd correctly, hense my purchase!
Now seeing as I'm new to mixing and eq'ing outside of the mpc, is there anything I need to bare in mind or any useful tips you guys can pass on? Like I said I'm completely new to this so any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Also as for recording software, I just use Audacity. Is there any other software that would benefit me more? As I'm literally just recording with it.
